02. No Cancellation

Once registered, you cannot cancel your participation in the upcoming course. We allocate resources and make arrangements based on the number of registered participants, and as such, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the hybrid course. We cannot provide refunds or credits for issues related to your access capabilities.

04. Changes to course

We reserve the right to make changes to the date, time, format, or content of the experience as necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation or significant change made by us, we will provide you with the option to transfer your registration to a future experience. No refunds will be offered.
