By enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the course or use any HiveSchool services.

HiveSchool reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your enrollment in a course after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of HiveSchool. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within HiveSchool.

All content and materials provided by HiveSchool, including course materials, courses, and digital content, are the intellectual property of HiveSchool or its content suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may post content to certain areas of the HiveSchool platform. By posting content, users grant HiveSchool a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the services provided by HiveSchool.

In no event shall HiveSchool, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

HiveSchool reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
