This competition is a flagship, multi-round corporate-style challenge designed to push undergraduate students to reimagine the future of undergraduate education from the ground up. Participants are invited to think beyond conventional academic structures and design a next-generation undergraduate college that is innovative, scalable, and aligned with the evolving needs of students, industry, and society.
The central theme revolves around building an undergraduate college for the future - encompassing vision, academic design, student experience, entrepreneurship, employability, community, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Teams are free to interpret the problem statement creatively and approach it from any angle, provided their ideas demonstrate clarity, originality, and feasibility.
The competition is structured across 4 progressive rounds, moving from idea screening to live on-campus pitching. Participants will begin with an application and elevator pitch stage, refine their ideas through a detailed pitch deck, and finally present their solutions in a high-stakes, real-world pitch environment before an esteemed woman business leader and industry panel.

To encourage diversity of thought and collaboration, the competition allows:

• Women-Only Competition

• Cross-year teams (2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students can team up)

• Cross-program teams (Arts, Science, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Medical, and allied disciplines)

• Cross-college and cross-institution teams

Teams may consist of 1 to 5 members, allowing both solo innovators and collaborative teams to participate. This flexible structure ensures that participants can bring together complementary skill sets such as strategy, creativity, communication, research, and execution.
Hosted in Hive School, a leading startup-focused learning ecosystem based in Gurugram, the competition offers participants exposure to real startup thinking, entrepreneurial decision-making, and investor-style evaluation. Beyond competition outcomes, participants will gain hands-on experience in ideation, pitching, storytelling, and structured problem-solving - skills that are highly relevant in consulting, startups, and corporate strategy roles.
The final on-campus round is designed as an immersive experience, offering participants a chance to engage with the startup ecosystem, interact with peers, and experience how innovative educational institutions operate in practice.
